Who we are
I am Dr. Luca Saraceno, the founder and Principal Consultant of LPS Global Health Consulting. With over 13 years of experience, I have led various health programs in resource-constrained settings. I hold a Ph.D. in Epidemiology and have consistently used advanced research methodologies to address complex public health issues. Global health and health systems transformation are my passions. I have successfully overseen integrated health and nutrition interventions in 16 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and the MENA Regions, mobilizing over 15 million USD and forming strategic partnerships to enhance program effectiveness. Additionally, I have led emergency health responses, improved health systems, and designed innovative programs in low-resource settings. My proficiency in multiple languages and strong cross-cultural communication skills have enabled me to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at local, national, and international levels, adapting to different cultural contexts.

At LPS Global Health Consulting, we pride ourselves on our ability to adapt to all operational scenarios. Whether it's designing, delivering, and reporting the results of a field assessment or a monitoring exercise, leading a brainstorming process of health strategy and Theory of Change design, planning and delivering training on global health priorities, or providing advisory services for health policy development, we are here to meet your needs. We offer remote or in-person technical support, and are available for short- or medium-term deployments to ensure operational continuity and provide backstopping technical support.
